A day out with Facility Manager Remco

We take care of the technical management of our buildings ourselves! For example, WDP Netherlands has four facility managers who jointly manage 100 buildings. Remco Van Iersel manages about 25 of these and knows every gas connection, roof curvature, or hidden socket in his buildings. If customers call with a problem, he gets them help. In addition to repairs, he also organises maintenance and investments to keep his buildings in top condition.
