WDP has the opportunity to develop a new-build warehouse of around 50,000 m² on a nine hectare plot in the De Rietvelden business park in 's-Hertogenbosch. This future logistics hub will be built at a location with loads of development potential, according to a STEC Group study commissioned by North-Brabant. Excellent accessibility and the availability of qualified personnel are at the heart of those results. We briefly list the three major strengths of our construction project.
Spacious storage & office space, plus parking
The new business complex will consist of four independent units, which together will comprise 50,000 m² of warehousing and some 2,000 m² of office space. The entire building will be equipped with a sprinkler system and the warehouse will boast a headroom of 12.2 metres. In addition to the complex, the grounds provide more than 400 parking spaces. It’s safety first, which is why passenger car and HGV traffic flows will be kept separate.
De Rietvelden business park
The distribution centre is located in the De Rietvelden business park, a prime location for ambitious companies due to the availability of sufficiently-qualified personnel in the 's-Hertogenbosch region. With the PostNL parcel sorting and distribution centre and a GLS parcel service depot just a stone's throw away, this plot also has benefits in store for logistics and e-commerce companies.
Great access: by train, highway and waterways
The new complex is close to 's-Hertogenbosch the Central Station and is situated right next to the A59 Rotterdam route and the A2 Amsterdam and Maastricht routes. Container transport passes through the nearby BCTN Inland Terminal with direct connections to Rotterdam, Antwerp and Zeebrugge.
Does this complex located strategically just off the A59 in 's-Hertogenbosch pique your interest?
