WDP welcomes Fatboy The Original BV in 's Hertogenbosch

WDP NV the Netherlands acquires Ketelaarskampweg 32-34 in ’s-Hertogenbosch from Spierings Real Estate BV. The property is located at De Rietvelden business park, next to WDP’s 2021 newly built development WDP DC Den Bosch. The latter contains approx. 54,610 m² of lettable floor space. Ketelaarskampweg 32-34 was built in 2007 and comprises of four warehouses. The offices boast approx. 5,625 m² of lettable floor space and is subject to a long-term lease to Fatboy The Original BV. For this acquisition, WDP partnered with Van Doorne law firm. The seller was assisted by HRS Dynamis.

“The location right off the BTCN terminal, with ‘s-Hertogenbosch’s city center nearby, and a swift connection towards the A59 and A2 highways, are the trump cards for this outstanding property. It’s an asset to add Fatboy, an international design brand with its roots in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, to our client portfolio. This location was originally built according to the highest quality standards. We’re looking forward to taking the next steps towards improved sustainability in line with our WDP Climate Action Plan, together with our new client”, says WDP’s Martijn Sleutjes. “Think: energy monitoring and management, PV installations or solar panels, investing in gas-free heating systems, additional charging docks for electrical vehicles, and adding green elements to the building and its surroundings. A clever way to make a building more sustainable and greener at the same time.”
