We take care of the technical management of our buildings ourselves! For example, WDP Netherlands has four facility managers who jointly manage 100 buildings. Remco Van Iersel manages about 25 of these and knows every gas connection, roof curvature, or hidden socket in his buildings. If customers call with a problem, he gets them help.
At the end of 2018, Martijn Dekker joined the legal department at WDP Nederland. You will find leasing and development contracts and other legal documents on his desk. Nevertheless, Martijn often visits customers.
