As a Financial & Business Controller at WDP, you play an indispensable role and you are a crucial link within the Finance department. You take care of the financial follow-up of your entities from A to Z and you are close to the business you support. You work closely with various stakeholders, both within the Finance and operational departments.

 

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO

  • You are responsible for the complete financial follow-up of several subsidiaries
  • You make insightful analyses of financial and operational KPIs and the returns on investments
  • You participate in the preparation of multi-year budgets, and you subsequently follow up on these closely
  • You actively participate in the consolidation and provide internal and external reporting
  • You coordinate and analyse the independent valuations of our real-estate portfolio
  • You make an important contribution to the external and internal audit process
  • You work as a true business partner and succeed in optimising internal processes with a focus on automation and using digital technologies 
  • You contribute to the further development of WDP’s business intelligence environment
  • In short, you will take us to the next level.

 

HERE'S YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a master’s degree and relevant experience in a similar position
  • Your Dutch is perfect and you have a good knowledge of French and/or English
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to process data in a structured way
  • You are a team player
  • You can proactively identify problems and offer solutions
  • You know your way around MS-Office, particularly Excel
  • You feel comfortable in an enterprising and fast-growing environment
