Development opportunities in South Holland’s logistical heart
The PRISMA Business Estate in Bleiswijk is in full development and has more than proven itself to be the logistical heart of South Holland with the branches for Hoogvliet, Aldi, Rexel, Mediq, and Toolstation, etc. housed there.
Rotterdam and The Hague are a stone’s throw away, but Amsterdam and Utrecht are also easily accessible from the PRISMA Business Estate. It’s an ideal hinterland location for logistics service companies.
A great deal of attention has been paid to optimum access. The business estate is perfectly accessible from the A12 exit (The Hague – Utrecht) and via the N209. This N-road has been widened in recent years and overpasses have been built over the A12 and the railway (Utrecht – The Hague). The Verlengde Oosterheemlijn has also been extended to the A12. After completion of the Bleiswijk-Zoetermeer train station (end of 2018), the stops that have already been constructed at the PRISMA Business Estate will be put into use.
WDP has completed two linked distribution centres on clusters I and III, available starting at approx. 4,400 m² up to approx. 35,000 m², with the possibility of increasing the size of the office space on the mezzanine.
