The Prisma Business Estate in Bleiswijk has more than proven itself to be the logistical heart of South Holland with branches for Hoogvliet, Aldi and Rexel. WDP has developed distribution centers for Mediq, Total Exotics, Misi, Toolstation, Koningszuivel, Hoogsteder, CEVA en Drake & Farrell and is currently developing for Boland. Rotterdam and The Hague are a stone’s throw away, but Amsterdam and Utrecht are also easily accessible from the PRISMA Business Estate. It’s an ideal hinterland location for logistics service companies.
A great deal of attention has been paid to optimum access. The business estate is perfectly accessible from the A12 exit (The Hague – Utrecht) and via the N209. This N-road has been widened in recent years and overpasses have been built over the A12 and the railway (Utrecht – The Hague). The Verlengde Oosterheemlijn has also been extended to the A12. After completion of the Bleiswijk-Zoetermeer train station (end of 2018), the stops that have already been constructed at the PRISMA Business Estate will be put into use.
WDP develops one more distribution center on Cluster III, available starting at approx. 6,600 m² up to approx. 15,300 m², with the possibility of increasing the size of the office space on the mezzanine. The lot where the distribution center will be built is approx.. 24,850 m² in size.
