WDP is developing a high-quality DC of 55,000 m² on 94,000 m² of land at the intersection of the A2 and A59 motorways near ’s-Hertogenbosch. Sustainable in all respects: qualitative and environmental-technical (BREEAM NL***). With high energy capacity. Excellent for e-commerce. For rent in parts too.

A sea of space

The new DC Den Bosch, with its generous surface area of approximately 55,000 m², offers a sea of space for all your logistic activities, including a mezzanine and office space. It has optimum room to move all around the site and sufficient parking (470 spaces), thanks to the lot area of no less than 94,000 m² (low built-up area). The property is for rent in parts starting at approx. 7,000 m².

Optimal accessibility via A2/A59 and Barge Terminal

Situated in the De Rietvelden business estate in ’s-Hertogenbosch, DC Den Bosch is easily accessible. If travelling by road, it’s located at the intersection of the A2 and A59. But you can also access it via the water because the Bossche Container Terminal (BCTN) offers a transhipment capacity of 16,000 TEU (300 TEU per day). There are three daily departures to Rotterdam and Antwerp.

Excellent for e-commerce

DC Den Bosch is ideally suited for e-commerce: the new PostNL parcel post regional distribution centre and a GLS service depot are right next to the complex to be built.

Sustainable

DC Den Bosch will be a sustainable logistics centre par excellence, built under a BREEAMNL *** ‘Very Good’ certificate. Do you have even higher ambitions? This is, of course, open to discussion.

As standard, the DC is fully equipped with HR+++ triple glazing, an energy management and control system, plenty of daylight, and sufficient charging points for EVs.

Optional:

gasless all-electric heating at €1.50 per m² per year;

PV solar panel system at ICE Endex + €11.11 per MWh.

Business estate with cachet

With a total area of approximately 210 hectares, De Rietvelden is the largest business estate in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The site is home to a variety of companies from the commercial and logistics sector, including Heineken, H&B Logistics, Brouwers Transport, Makro, and Sligro, in addition to PostNL and GLS.

Availability

In total, DC Den Bosch will comprise approximately 54,500 m². The complex is for rent in parts starting at approx. 7,000 m².
