A fresh approach to logistics real estate
We proudly present our latest project: WDP Prinsenhil Logistics Park in Breda.
On Friday, June 16, the construction works for the WDP Prinsenhil project in Breda officially started.
WDP is constructing a new pharmaceutical warehouse in Zwolle, in the province of Overijssel, the Netherlands. On June 1st, all the involved construction partners gathered to celebrate the start of the construction. VDR Bouwgroep and Bogaerds Architects & Engineers were among the attendees.
The WDP Prinsenhil Logistics Park in Breda is an impressive project that is more than just a warehouse. The building is located in a strategic location just three kilometers from Breda train station and is being built with extra attention to livability on and around the site. The park has a land area of 5 hectares and a construction area of 25,904 m².
WDP is building Prinsenhil Logistics Park between Prinsenhil and Eikdonk in Breda; it’s a brand-new multi-tenant warehouse with 27,000 m² of storage space divided into five compartments. But the old buildings on the site needed to be demolished first.
